The Aftersales Services Management System (ASSS) was the tool designed under my management that manages all day-to-day operations between the mother company and the dealer which consists of functions below:

  • Spare Parts Management:

    • Exploring the necessary material from the database & spare part catalogues online

    • Ordering products/spare parts/accessories/aftermarket parts to the mother company online

    • Tracking the orders-short shipments-back orders

    • Following the financial statements and their payments

  • Service Management:

    • Exploring the necessary technical product information & manuals, bulletins, workshop manuals, product ID cards, product QA documentation online

    • Tracking the assigned tasks by the mother company

    • Opening work orders and assign to their employees and the service cards

    • Registering in-house service related documents & forms (PDI, FAT, Service Report, PQRs, etc.)

    • Tracking the service history of the product/system/solutions

    • Attaching the photos/videos/other documentation to the work orders as proving files

    • Controlling the work-load, performance, efficiency, effectiveness and profile of their employees

    • Registering the training documentation of their employees

    • Registering the projects of the customers with the documentation (design plan, finish plan, specifications, spec book, bid/tender documents, contracts, insurance policies, legal permits & licenses, etc.)

    • Reviewing the status of the work orders (New, Assigned, Suspended, Cancelled, Completed)

    • Reviewing the status of the projects (New, Assigned, Suspended, Cancelled, Completed)

    • Reviewing & Reporting the type of services, their total effort in these services, issues in these services

    • Registering the customer feedback about any topic to communicate it to the mother company

  • Warranty:

    • Tracking the assigned tasks by the mother company

    • Registering the customer feedback for the failures and problems regarding a product/system/part

    • Registering the executed field service or workshop service to remedy the problem by service report

    • Opening warranty claims to the mother company and registering the faulty parts replaced

    • Attaching the photos/videos/other documentation to the work orders as proving files

    • Following the financial transaction for the compensation of the parts replaced and the labor executed by the mother company after the claim by the mother company to the supplier

  • 7/24 Emergency Services:

    • Registering the field or workshop emergency services under work order and with related proving docs.

  • Campaign Management:

    • Management of campaigns and seasonal price adjustments

 

Dealer Management Software Project (2000-2004-2007-2012)

The Dealer Management System (DMS) was the tool designed under my management that manages all day-to-day operations between the mother company and the dealer which consists of functions below:

  • Inventory Management: Tracking inventory at the related dealer, at other dealers, warehouses of the mother company and its subsidiaries, supply chain of materials from the mother company and warehousing.

  • Sales Optimization: Increasing sales of products/spare parts/accessories/aftermarket parts efficiency & optimize the technical productivity with access to management tools

  • Sales Optimization: Boosting increase in sales, efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction

Estimates & Proposal Management Project (2007-2012-2016)

The Estimation & Proposal Management System, which was formerly named as Offer-Order Management that supports the spare part business which consists of functions below:

  • Generating solutions (Turnkey Projects, Systems, Packs or Products) to the Clients (B2B/B2C Customers, Corporates, Contractors, Tender Authorities & EPCs) that are based on Customer Documents (Contracts, Specifications, Terms & Conditions, Blueprints, 2D Drawings, Bill of Materials, Tender & Bid Documents, Contractual Obligations,  RFQs) under Solution Documents that include the blueprints, 2D drawings (Conceptual, as-built, shop, site), manuals, bill of materials, project schedules & execution plans, risk assessment & HSE plans; and the guides for installation, warranty & maintenance works and terms & conditions.
