KERY was established in 2016 as a business solution and advisory consultancy business unit in Ankara, TURKEY of YILDIZ MAKINA SANAYI which was established in 1983.

KERY has strong and historical industrial roots, network and portfolios of potential customers, suppliers, third party service providers and dealers since its story has started couple of decades ago. KERY has started with the personal efforts and activities of the managing partners who have been also in the top management of YILDIZ MAKINA SANAYI which was established in 1983 as a industrial solution provider and project management enterprise in Ankara, TURKEY.

 

YILDIZ MAKINA SANAYI (https://oztermal.wixsite.com/english) have been providing Industrial Solutions to the customers since 1983. Since 1983, the customers of YILDIZ MAKINA SANAYI have been demanding Industrial Solutions, Engineering Services, Project Management Services and Technical/Business Solution Services, mostly on the optimization of process, procedures, workflows, blueprints and best operating practices to achieve the best efficiency from their operations and highest performaNce of the systems and solutions that they had owned. • In 1983, YILDIZ MAKINA SANAYI have started officially to provide Industrial Projects/Goods, Engineering Services, and Technical Solution Services including optimization of technical processes, procedures, workflows, blueprints, layouts and best operating principles.

• In 1988, YILDIZ MAKINA SANAYI have started to export Industrial Goods and execute Turnkey Projects in different markets in the world. This change in business had resulted to provide new Industrial Solutions and Project Management Services to the customers worldwide, mostly in Turkey and MENA/Levants/CIS Regions in which the Commercial Solutions, such as optimization of business and project processes, procedures, workflows, blueprints, layouts, project management activities and best operating principles are demanded by their customers as well as the technical processes, procedures, workflows, blueprints, layouts, services and best operating principles. From 1988 to 2012, the services are performed by the individual efforts and activities of the management, dealers in its network and the teams of YILDIZ MAKINA.

• In 2012, YILDIZ MAKINA SANAYI took a decision to collect all the activities and services under a department. For this purpose, YILDIZ MAKINA SANAYI have established a Project and Solutions Department for:

  • Project Solutions: The Project Solutions include Project Management Services Project Site Services, Project Contractual Services, Parts and Turnkey Project Installation and Commissioning in water treatment, HVAC and renewable energy.

  • Industrial Solutions: The Industrial Solutions include Industrial Solutions, Packs, Goods and Systems in water treatment, HVAC and renewable energy.

  • Commercial Solutions: The Commercial Solutions include Business Solution Services, Advisory Services, Optimization Services, Restructuring Services, Optimization Services for business processes, procedures, workflows and best operating practices to multinational enterprises in energy, power plants and HVAC.

• In 2016, YILDIZ MAKINA SANAYI took a decision to:

  • separate Project Services from Project and Solutions Department 

  • transform Project Services into Project Solutions Department

  • transform the Project & Solutions Department into KERRY Business and Industrial Solutions Division. KERRY Business and Industrial Solutions Division became a new division with its partners and dealers in Turkey, CIS, EU, USA, Canada and MENA Region for business and industrial solutions.

• In 2018, KERRY Business and Industrial Solutions Division took a decision to:

  • separate Industrial Solutions services from KERRY Business and Industrial Solutions Division

  • transform Industrial Solutions services into Industrial Solutions Department which has the location in Ankara, TURKEY.

  • change the name of Commercial Solutions services as Business Solutions and Advisory services.

  • transform Business Solutions and Advisory services into Business Solutions and Advisory Department which moved to a new office in Istanbul, TURKEY.

  • start to cooperate with local partners for business advisory services. 

  • start to work on SaaS Solutions and Aftermarket Solutions Management/After Sales Services Management Services including Aftermarket Re-branding and Aftermarket Management.

  • ​change the name from KERRY Business and Industrial Solutions Division to KERRY Business Solutions and Advisory Division.

• In 2019, KERRY Business Solutions and Advisory Division:

  • changed the brand from KERRY to KERY under new marketing strategies which conflicts with other companies who have the same brand in the markets where they provide services.

  • transformed from KERRY Business Solutions and Advisory Division into KERRY Business Solutions Business Unit. 

• In 2020, KERRY Business Solutions Business Unit:

  • opened two new offices in Ankara, Istanbul and Mugla for the business solutions.

  • became implementation partner of DEAR Could ERP Software and Freshworks CRM System for Turkish market.
