  • System Development: This phase signifies the start of production of the components and the system by a pre-determined language (R, Python, etc.), ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, Axapta) or an in-house software package. This phase includes the development of the system by the developers, the project managers and the process managers.

  • System Integration & Testing: This phase involves systems integration and system testing of programs, processes and procedures by QA professional to determine if the proposed design meets the initial set of the targeted outcome and business goals.

  • System Implementation: This phase involves the implementation of the software when the system get approval from the testing phase & pilot implementation test before going live to the entire organization.

  • System is live: This phase involves the process in which the system goes live and active for the users. In this stage, the system is fine-tuned for better performance.

  • System Maintenance: This phase involves the maintenance of the system in which the performance is improved, new capabilities & new users are added; and new additional user requirements are completed.
