This project is designed for analyzing the competitive advantage of enterprises by using Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Methods for data assessment. This software makes an assessment on the quality gaps between perceptions and expectations of customers, employees & management of enterprise; and analyses the blueprints with the possible influence of gaps to the business of the enterprise. The findings are listed under “Pre-Assessment Report” with the recommendations to the enterprise how they improve their competitive advantage.

What is included in Bidding Services?
Proposals & Estimation
-
Ensuring that the all the proposals are fully executed from start to finish that involves coordinating the proposal process, preparing the actual proposals and presenting them to clients
-
Working on tight deadlines, and delegating tasks required to complete a proposal, such as writing, editing and other efforts associated with the process
Leading the Estimation & Proposal processes in a way to:

differentiate the mother company from competition and meeting the contractual obligations of clients
-
meet the objectives of the mother company in projects and prepare 100% winning proposals
-
address the risks, drawbacks and disadvantages in each project to the client and the mother company
-
leverage excellence in the activities & tasks of the entire proposal and estimation processes
-
prepare original and competitive proposals and correct estimates that address the client’s requirements
-
meet the contractual obligations and the scope of the work of the clients
-
keep a standard level of quality in the services and complete the project on-time without any issue
Administrating related resources effectively to prepare proposals on-time that meet the clients’ expectations
Preparing proposal related reports to:

enable the team to track the status of each project

increase the awareness of the team about their duties and the deadlines of their duties

execution of estimates in a harmony with the schedules, deadlines and the duties of the other teams
Leading submittals and shop drawings of draftsmen and estimators according to the client’s scope of work
Leading tasks of Estimation & Proposal Process:
-
Receiving the Request for Estimations (RFEs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) from the customers and sending RFIs to the clients if there is inconsistent data, missing information and documentation

Registering the RFEs to the “Estimation & Proposal Database”
-
Leading the estimators in reviewing the customer documents that include the expectations, needs, requirements, contractual obligations and budget of the Clients

Leading Kick-Off Meetings to discuss questions with the customer before starting on any work
-
Filtering & Analysis of RFPs & RFEs for “Go” or “No Go” decision and communicating with the Client
-
Leading Kick-Off Meetings with the team to decide “Go” or “No Go” for the project.

If the decision is:
-
“No Go”, communicating with the customers to inform them we will not go for the project
-
“Go”, registering the projects or revisions to database to start the proposal or estimation
-

Coming up with a plan & outlining each stage of the proposal
-
Creating a schedule to meet deadlines of the Clients and communicating the schedule with the team
-
Ensuring that the estimation of projects & revisions is completed before due date
-
Leading the generation of proposals & bids by the estimators
-
Reviewing the proposals with the team and the getting the approval from the management
-
Settling Kick-Off Meetings for prepared proposals to decide “Bid” or “No Bid” to the project
-
If the decision is:
-
“No Bid”, communicating with the customers to inform them we will not bid for the project
-
“Bid”, submitting the proposal to the client
-
Follow the status of the projects by the support of PMs and update their status in the database.

Settling Kick-Off Meetings with the team for the awarded projects for the project schedule
-
Leading the “Estimation & Proposal Database” to track the opportunities per customer & due date; their status (Awarded, Rejected, Suspended, Declined, etc.), their nature (New Project, Addendum, etc.) & their stages (RFP, RFE, Estimation, Proposal, Offer, Client Order, Material Purchase, Material & Part Delivery, Site Installation, Commissioning, etc.)
Maintain direct communication with Superintendents or via PMs on projects that are being managed
Ensuring good relationships with internal and external clients in supporting them in the proposals and estimates
Completing deal & month-end routines (win/loss tracking, monthly reporting, kick-of meeting reporting, etc.)
