COUNTRY PARTNERS

Country Partners are Managing Directors of their organizations. They manage their teams and operations in a specific country or region. They are responsible to meet the standards, requirements and expectations of KERY Management at their organizations.

PARTNER

Partner roles are reserved to Senior Consultants who have built long lasting relationships with Top Management from Client companies. They are responsible for defining client’s preliminary needs and making first contact. Additionally, they contribute greatly to internal initiatives.

We look for professionals with maximum 10-15 years of experience in a multinational consulting firm to be consultant who shall be fluent in English.

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Senior Consultants are requested to work on multiple projects simultaneously whilst doing so over two dimensions. In order to be recognized as a leader and trusted advisor they need to establish strong ties with our Clients’ Top Management and have to contribute to the strategy and development of our internal practices. Senior Consultants are assessed based on relationship building development with Clients alongside training and supervision of junior colleagues. Successful senior consultants would promote to Partner in 36-48 months' time.

We look for professionals with maximum 6-10 years of experience in a multinational consulting firm to be consultant who shall be fluent in English.

CONSULTANTS

Consultants are responsible for running a Project and a Team. They play a key role in the relationship between Senior Consultants, Partners and the end Client. It is pivotal they manage daily operational tasks whilst enhancing Client relationships. They concentrate on managing Client expectations through their communication and Project Management skills. They are responsible for delivering high quality results and ensuring the project adds tangible and sustainable value to the Client’s business. Successful consultants would promote to Senior Consultants in 24-36 months' time.

We look for professionals with maximum 5-6 years of experience in a multinational consulting firm to be consultant who shall be fluent in English.

ASSOCIATES

Associates develop quantitative analysis skills and participate in the process of problem structuring. They are responsible for a Project area and making recommendations to improve the outcome. Associates will also manage junior colleagues. Their exposure to the Client will increase as their communication and problem-solving skills improve. Successful Associates would promote to Consultants in 12-24 months time.

BUSINESS ANALYSTS

Business Analysts take part in Project activities working on quantitative analysis and looking for information from internal and external sources. They are, from Day 1, directly in contact with the Client and take part in meetings that allow them to enjoy full exposure to the Project. Business analysts are never left to work alone, as they will always be supervised by senior colleagues and offered a first-class training on problem structuring, communication skills and database analysis. Successful Business Analysts would promote to Associates in 6-12 months' time.

INTERNS

Interns enjoy a work experience equal to that of Business Analysts. The internship provides the acquisition of hard and soft skills necessary to deliver a tangible impact on a project. Successful interns would promote to Business Analysts in 3-6 months' time.

We look for talented candidates for internship who believe in team work, who are ready for a dynamic and stimulating career and who take a proactive part in proposing new ideas who are fluent in English, previous internship or university exchange in an English-speaking country and academic background in Engineering/Business Administration/Economics (PhD or MSc is preferred).

SELECTION PROCESS

Our selection process aims at:

  • Understanding in depth academic and professional experience

  • Evaluating problem solving, quantitative and soft skills

  • Verifying the motivation to start a career in management consultancy and in KERY
     

The selection process involves four subsequent steps which can lead to being offered a position:

  • First Step: Live or telephone interview to evaluate the academic and/or professional background and the motivation of the candidate

  • Second Step: Logical/ numerical test to evaluate logical and quantitative skills

  • Third Step: Discussion of business cases (at least two) with our Partners, to evaluate problem solving, business acumen and soft skills
    Fourth Step: Reserved for candidates who successfully complete the first 3 steps, an interview to dive deeply into the concrete motivation in starting a career at KERY

As an Account Manager at KERY, you will be developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives, stakeholders and their teams who need our services, to grow our business with these target customers. You will work with the decision makers at the customers in the Industries (please see the link to review the target industries from the web page INDUSTRY) that KERY targets to grow its business. You will have a net sales quota that is focused on renewing and growing your book of business. 

 

This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports/management responsibilities to other member members excluding the managing partner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3+years of successful enterprise account management experience looking for new opportunities to learn a lot; earn a lot; and help grow our business and grow professionally. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify our client’s business and ERP/CRM issues and demonstrate KERY's value.  

  • Develop client strategies that position KERY as a strategic resource.

  • Build relationships, uncover challenges and provide value to senior management (Director, VP, C-level, General Manager, mid-management and related teams of the customer.

  • Maintain an appropriate and accurate upsell sales pipeline of adequate size to ensure quarterly net revenue and profit achievement. 

  • Maintain pipeline information in the KERY's CRM system.

  • Develop a complete understanding of the full suite of KERY intelligence, advisory and consulting offerings.

  • Communicate to, and build relationships professionally with, both internal and external audiences. 

  • Acquisition of new customers and management of existing customers of KERY

  • Generation of market reports and prognoses for its region as required by KERY

  • Presentation of KERY Services, Projects, Solutions, Packs and Contracts to the potential customers

  • Preparation of proposals for the Services, Projects, Solutions, Packs and Contracts on the CRM system of KERY under coordination with the Consultants and the Managing Partners

  • Conduct negotiation with the customers to secure the sales and inform the managing partners about the status of the proposals, comments of the customers during negotiations and other details of the negotiations conducted with the customers by progress reports to top management and by the recording on CRM

  • Do the best for being awarded by the customer for the Sales Agreement of the KERY Services, Projects, Solutions, Packs and Contracts by the customer

  • Secure the Sales Agreement and communicate the customer-approved Sales Agreement by registering it on CRM.

  • Facilitate the smooth performance of the Sales Agreement and the other works involved in the sales of KERY Services, Projects, Solutions, Packs and Contracts.

  • Conduct meetings with the Consultants to schedule the design or execution or implementation of the Services, Projects, Solutions, Packs and Contracts so that the customer deadlines are met.

  • Track the schedule, performance and quality of the design or execution or implementation of the Services, Projects, Solutions, Packs and Contracts so that the customer expectations in terms of quality are met.

  • Check and confirm the schedule, performance and quality of the design or execution or implementation of the Services, Projects, Solutions, Packs and Contracts so that the contractual requirements of KERY are met. If they are not, plan and executive corrective action.

  • Report the schedule and performance and quality of the design or execution or implementation of the Services, Projects, Solutions, Packs and Contracts at each stage under Progress Reports in CRM.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of successful Enterprise Account Management experience with a proven track record in management consulting firms and have managed individual contracts and packages each worth 10K+$ annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the relationship between KERY and our clients by providing unparalleled support, service and value to drive client retention and membership renewal.

  • Deliver training and customer support services to new and existing clients and help them get maximum value from their KERY membership

Key Tasks

  • Kick-off and on-board new clients to KERY services, packs, contracts, projects and ERP/CRM Solutions.

  • Direct and facilitate client inquiries to the appropriate Consultant and follow up on completed inquires to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Facilitate meetings between Consultants and clients to help build client relationships.

  • Provide advisory, consultancy and training to clients on how best to work with KERY.

  • Work with the Account Managers and Consultants to identify clients who may need or benefit from added guidance on the effective use of KERY’s offerings.

  • Call or email membership subscribers of membership packages (Consultancy and Advisory Services, ERP/CRM Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Subscription Fees); and customer of service contracts, customer support contracts, training contracts to encourage usage and/or to offer product demonstrations and training to new subscribers and customers.

  • Produce and analyze client usage reports to identify subscribers with low usage and contact them to encourage usage.

  • Proactively recommend new content to subscribers.

Qualifications

  • A well-organized, detail-oriented approach to work.
