Our philosophy as a business is to approach this situation with empathy and urgency. KERY’s top priority is the health and safety of our employees and of the communities we serve, including our customers, partners, and candidates.

Below, you’ll see details of the support measures we’ve introduced so far, along with a set of resources that we hope will help you to adapt to these times. We know that everybody’s circumstances are different, and if you have suggestions for how we can better support you, please let us know by emailing alpkarabas@gmail.com. For the continued safety and well-being of our teammates and customers, KERY took some decisions which will be applicable under a further notice which will be announced in this web site:

  • KERY offices will remain temporarily closed.

  • The consultants and the managing partners will not conduct physical meetings at KERY Offices.

  • The consultants and the managing partners could conduct physical meetings at the customer offices only in Istanbul and Ankara, TURKEY if demanded by the customers who executed necessary health & safety precautions.

  • Any domestic and international flight of the consultants and the managing partners are temporarily suspended.

Fully Remote Customer Support

All KERY teams are now required to work from home, and we're using our internal communications tools, including the Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, Whatsup and email, to keep the communication with the customers and keep the services and projects available at all times without any delay or problem to meet the expectations, requirements, priorities and needs of the customers. We respect expectations, requirements, priorities, needs and deadlines of our customers!

To support small businesses through this difficult situation, we have been giving priority to the services and projects of the entrepreneurs, micro and small businesses and offering standard packages that they could afford. This offer will be available for purchase until further notice.

Communication is key during this time of constant change. To help businesses keep in regular contact with their customers and communities, we have introduced BOOKING service for call or meeting by using the Contact Form so that the customers could schedule the communication with KERY team members between 09.00 am to 19.00 pm between Monday to Friday.

We do not want to delay you and respect your priorities to meet your expectations and requirements. For CRITICAL communication requests, the customers could fill the Contact Form and we will reply within three hours' time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Fully Remote Workforce

All KERY employees are now required to work from home, and we're using our internal communications tools, including the Zoom, Dear, Freshworks, Google Meet, Skype and email, to keep staff connected with each other, the partners and customers. KERY has a strong remote work culture working fully remotely, and that, along with the fact that the vast majority of our customer interactions take place virtually, has helped us to quickly adapt to the impacts of the outbreak. This has allowed us to continue to deliver undisrupted 24/7 support to our customers and to remain fully focused on their most urgent needs.

Suspended Employee Travel

All company-related travel has been suspended. Employees with pre-planned business trips have received or are receiving assistance to cancel their travel. We are also asking all employees who travel by airplane or cruise ship to self-quarantine for 14 days upon their return.

Flexible Recruitment Processes

We are continuing to hire for open positions and have adopted a fully virtual recruitment process. All candidate interviews will take place via Zoom or Google Meet for the foreseeable future. Given the impact COVID-19 is having on global travel and immigration laws, KERY do not invite candidates to its offices during the interview and recruitment process. We are closely monitoring local developments. We will update this page as the situation evolves.

Remote Onboarding

We have made the onboarding process fully virtual to ensure that new hires are set up for success in their roles, despite the challenging environment. All training sessions, meetings, calls, seminars, and social activities are now taking place remotely.
